Darnell Frymire, President of Community Affairs
As President of Community Affairs for MD&E CLARITY, Darnell engages companies and organizations that promote diversity, to expand the awareness of MD&E CLARITY services, support, and staffing capabilities and their commitment to performance excellence and client satisfaction. As the former President of a woman-owned business, and now as a spokesperson of another woman-owned business, Darnell understands the value and the business case for diversity and she has actively encouraged and supported diversity throughout her career.
Darnell is an advocate of diversity in the workplace, knowing that companies that employ a diverse workforce better understand the demographics of the marketplace they serve and are thus better equipped to thrive in that marketplace than a company that does not wholly embrace diversity. Further, it is a well-established statistic that companies that support diversity also improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
In 2010, Darnell’s prior company, The People Network, was acquired by MD&E CLARITY, bringing a well-established IT staffing component to the MD&E CLARITY model. Darnell can be reached at dfrymire@mdeclarity.com.
