Eleanor Morgan – President & CEO, Co-Founder
Eleanor Morgan is that rare combination of talent nurturer and goal-driven entrepreneur. As CEO of MD&E Clarity, Eleanor provides the strategic direction for the firm in conjunction with her stellar leadership team she has individually selected and mentored. She does not look at business as just a revenue-generating vehicle but sees a business as a way to create jobs, give individuals an opportunity to develop their skills while bringing value to her Customers.
Eleanor’s experience from working with Fortune 500 companies in Sr. Management roles has been instrumental in guiding her team. Her work ethic and principles, founded on a deep personal faith and devotion to her family, employees, colleagues and friends, include trust, loyalty and generosity and have been noted by clients and peers as the hallmark of her success.
Eleanor has a proven track record in business management & customer relations and has been recognized and awarded many times throughout the years. Most recently she was in the class of 2013 Enterprising Women of the Year, recognized by Enterprising Women Magazine and was awarded the Client Advisor Award that same year.
She believes in giving back to others and encourages her employees to get involved in the community and non-profits. She currently serves on the American Red Cross Board for Atlanta, GA and on the Red Cross Tiffany Circle National Council and chairs the Atlanta Red Cross Tiffany Circle. She is also on several advisory boards for community & business. In addition, Eleanor has co-authored Opportunity Meets Motivation published to help mentor other female business owners with practical advice for starting a business and additionally published in CLIMB, which was published to help support Women In Technology.
Eleanor is a thriving entrepreneur and also owns Bella Eden, a property management company, and APW. She believes in mentoring other young women to help them reach their full potential and become our next generation of women leaders.
Charles Morgan – Co-Founder, Chief Legal Officer
Charles Morgan spent just enough time at Georgia Tech to learn all he needed to know about engineering, and then at the John Marshall School of Law to become sufficiently versed in all aspects of Business Law. Couple that with firm roots in Georgia and an innate sense of sharp and adventurous entrepreneurship and you get an idea of who this icon of Atlanta’s business community is. After 30+ years of activity in start-ups and acquisitions around the South, Charles Morgan, who co-founded MD&E CLARITY in 1992, is today the company’s Board Advisor. Reno Borgognoni – CFO
Reno Borgognoni’s professional credentials and business savvy are assets in his service on MD&E CLARITY’s Executive Management team. Reno has been Chief Financial Officer at MD&E CLARITY since 1999 and oversees the company’s accounting and finance, budgetary planning, and process development and improvement, in addition to human resources, legal services and service agreement negotiations. Reno earned a BBA in Accounting at Delta State University, Cleveland, Mississippi, and holds professional designations of Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. He is recognized in the financial and accounting profession for his broad range of knowledge and operational expertise. Gracie Ortiz – Chief Technical Officer
Gracie Ortiz is a strategist with extensive implementation experience, partnerships, technical licensing, and exploring emerging technologies and how they fit with client’s overall business needs. Gracie’s long history of developing technology solutions between clients has enabled her to play a key role in driving new initiatives for clients and MD&E. Gracie’s focus has been on healthcare information systems technologies, architectures and data and messaging. She has an extensive background in information systems planning, development, support and systems evaluations; as well as hardware and software implementations. She has more than 17 years of experience in Information technology and healthcare industry combined. She leads MD&E Clarity’s long-term technology vision and is responsible for helping MD&E identify and communicate technology trends and shaping the future of MD&E’s clients.
Gracie holds a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Management Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
